Tsurikomi Goshi KUZUSHI
From migi shizentai, draw Uke’s left foot forward by pulling on Uke’s lapel to unbalance him. Uke will have no choice but to fall forward into the throw or step forward. Your left hand should be pulling Uke forward along the level of the mat. Both hands need to be applying lift to Uke as his kuzushi is disturbed.
TSUKURI
Insert your right elbow under his left armpit while turning your body to your left, keeping both of your feet between Uke’s. Lower your hips so that they are level to, and make contact with, Uke’s right front thigh. To complete your Tsukuri, pull Uke’s right arm tightly around you essentially trapping the arm against your torso.
KAKE
As Uke is about to be carried on your right hip, straighten your knees and push your hips backwards. Pull Uke forcibly downward with your left hand and drive Uke to the mat with your right lapel hand. Uke will rotate over your hip and fall face up at your feet.
