Yamashita had a stocky build of 5 ft. 11 in. (180 cm) and weighed over 280 lbs (127 kg) during his competitive years. This mans greatest weapons were, o-soto gari combined with o-uchi gari combined with uchi mata made him a very dangerous opponent on a tatami.
